The Government delegate, Rafael González Tovar, today announced that the Commonwealth of Taibilla Channel will carry out works in Cartagena deposits amounting to 1,261,726 euros.
González Tovar added that the Government Gazette published today two resolutions of the Commonwealth for which are awarded to the consortium formed by Arpo J. Campoamor SA ESSA and repairs Tentegorra tank and reservoir Beaza Cabezo by 920,692 and 340,634 euros respectively.
The works performed on the deposit consist mainly Tentegorra repair and waterproofing of the camera number 2 because of its state of disrepair as a result of the life of the deposit.
As for the works to be carried out in the reserve tank Beaza Cabezo, consist mainly of the structural repair of the shell chamber, especially with regard to the pillars, trusses and beams through the consolidation of concrete passivation of reinforcement, placement of new fences installed therein and comprehensive regeneration of the coatings on pillars and beams, and the application of chemical protective coating on them.
