The Plenum of the City of Cartagena has unanimously approved a joint motion of all local political groups which adds to the claim to demand that the UN declaration of May 17 as International Day against LGBT-phobia, a reminder that equality, which has already been recognized at the legal level, actually part of the lives of many lesbians, gays, transsexuals and bisexuals.
