The Technical University of Cartagena organized through social networks 'one left' to celebrate the Internet Day (14/05/2010)

The Technical University of Cartagena has organized to celebrate the Internet Day, celebrated on Monday May 17, a student left of the courtyard of the Old Barracks Seamanship Instruction (CIM).

The students of the UPCT, with the collaboration of the Student Council and the Student House are using social networks like Facebook Tuenti or to make an appointment at two pm in the campus courtyard.

The Technical University of Cartagena will use this event to present their profiles on social networks and Facebook Tuenti.

Photographs of the event will be posted in areas designated for that purpose.

With this stay, the vice-rectors of New Technologies and students joined in the celebration of the Internet, a journey that takes place in conjunction with World Telecommunication and Information Society.

Internet Day is a project sponsored by the Association of Internet users began to be held in 2005 and aims to raise awareness of the possibilities offered by new technologies to improve the living standards of citizens.
