After a complex investigation it was determined the simulation of crime
The detainee has a history of committing similar crimes before
Civil Guard officers have developed an investigation that has culminated in the arrest of a person, identified as the SLMM, Spanish, 47, resident of the town of Los Nietos-Cartagena, on suspicion of crime and fraud crime simulation .
The Civil Guard officers were informed by a complaint from the commission of a robbery inside a home in the village of Los Nietos-Cartagena, where he allegedly stole a large number of appliances
The Civil Guard began the research process in order to verify the accuracy of the crime denounced by conducting a thorough technical inspection to gather all the visual evidence as possible about the incident and, if necessary, detention of suspected authors of the theft and recovery of stolen effects.
Of the conclusions reached in the research process has been determined that the victim allegedly staged the burglary in the house to claim the insurance company's property so the agents acting came during the morning hours, day 12 , his arrest and subsequent remand in custody on suspicion of crimes and fraud crime simulation.
