Local police officers arrested in Cartagena on Friday May 7 at the Honda street to an individual about 41 years and a Spanish national, on suspicion of theft of tools and materials inside a work shed in the Doctor Luis Street Grille.
A resident of the area of the street was the one who observed how involved was inside the fence and alerted the police.
The agents appeared at the scene and ascertained that the fence had been forced to give access to the area and removed a window of the house construction.
The neighbor gave the officers a description of the individual, wearing a pair of jeans, black sweater and black wool hat and fled the scene on a bicycle.
Within minutes he was hit by another patrol officers on the street Honda involved a hammer and a roll of cable.
