Recently, there have been many football matches between the young participants COLLEAGUES Program with other sports associations who practice the same activity, and are implanted in areas of Cartagena where he developed this program to promote intercultural harmony.
Municipal Field Luengo Sanchez of El Algar, hosted a match against AD Algar with a score of 4 Is AD EL COLLEAGUES ALGAR 5.
On the other hand, the Municipal Facilities Gymnastics Abad AD, we developed a game against the New Cartagena EF (Cadet), with a score of 5 "EF NEW COLLEAGUES CARTAGENA 3.
During the course of the meetings, there was a cordial atmosphere of participation and sharing among members of different teams and their fans.
At the end of games, trophies were awarded in recognition of the participation of the various sports associations collaborating events.
During the month of April, has also launched a new activity COLLEAGUES called COLLEAGUES CLAN, which is constituted as groups of young people between 13 and 17, in which they develop leisure activities (games, championships football, ping-pong, video projections).
CLAN COLLEAGUES activities have the following location and times:
- CLAN COLLEAGUES in El Algar: Civic Center, Tuesdays (16 to 19 hours) and Saturday (10 to 13 hours)
- CLAN COLLEAGUES San Antón: the Cultural Casino, Tuesday and Friday from 17.30 to 20.30.
The PEER Program is a project that aims to promote intercultural harmony among young people of different cultures, living in Cartagena, and their activities are free for participants residing in the areas of El Algar, New Cartagena, Private Mediterranean and San Antonio.
This program has the support of the Ministry of Labour and Immigration, and is promoted from the Councillors for Social Care, Education, Sports and Youth.
