Chancellor's Team prepares for the final stage adaptation of the Bologna Process (31/03/2010)

The Board of Management of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena has decided to reorganize the structure of the government team in order to prepare for the final phase of adaptation to the European Higher Education, known as the Bologna Process.

The rector of the UPCT, Felix Faure, has seen fit to restructure the powers of his team, so that the current Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Antonio Gabaldon Marin, will assume the position of Vice President for Doctoral and quality, while far Convergence and Quality rector, Josefina García León, will occupy the post of Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs.

Changes in skills help cope with the development of new grades, a task that will depend on the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Josefina García León, who in recent months has been responsible for the process of adapting the old titles to existing .

"After reaching convergence in regard to the supply of securities that are taught at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, our next challenge is to concentrate on the next stage," said the president Felix Faure.

For its part, the Vice President for Doctoral and Quality, Antonio Gabaldon, have the task of preparing the master's degree with professional functions, strengthen management and enhance approved masters and doctoral studies.
