82 older people are benefiting from COMBIN Volunteer Program, which holds the council's Social Care City of Cartagena, in collaboration with the Polytechnic University of Cartagena.
The program involves 12 volunteers between seniors and youth and their aim is threefold: to provide accompaniment for the elderly, to assist them outdoors and computer support.
