The trial court Cartagena number 5 today notified elauto municipal legal services and filing of provisional dismissal of the case open at the request of the archaeologist Javier García del Toro against the City, for an alleged crime against property to authorize the conduct of some work on Wall Street Earth.

In his order the judge based that does not appear substantiated the perpetration of the crime that has given rise to the formation of the cause, so it should declare a temporary stay of proceedings.
