The licensing of building a house on a plot of rural land near Perín, is being investigated by the prosecution, a court in Cartagena.
In particular, the authorization was granted by the husband of the Urban Local Coordinator of Fine Arts, Lolo Galindo, when Guillen was Councilman Vicelalcalde Urbanism.
The prosecution seeks to clarify whether there might be a treatment for Guillen to Galindo's husband by its links with the Municipal Government of Pilar Barreiro.
Cartagena UPyD believes that, regardless of the legal responsibilities they have instead, clarify the circumstances of the grant and debug the political responsibilities of both the Deputy Mayor Guillén as Visual Arts Coordinator, Lolo Galindo.
Moreover, given the fact that Galindo was sole director of an estate at the time which was appointed to the position of trust that holds, so that the Legal Office of the City Council is preparing a report to determine a possible inconsistency with appointment.
