The T-LA (Alternative Leisure), which organizes a wide variety of activities for youth, includes some attractive your offer cooking workshops, which take place in Cartagena Hotel School and for those who must register in advance.
The last workshop was on the kitchen weekend was held on 16 and 17 November and was a great success of participants, who were commissioned to prepare two complete menus with entrate, main course and dessert, such as highlighting working the skewer of tempura vegetables with honey mustard sauce, or salt-crusted salmon with spicy tomato vinaigrette.
The next course will Christmas confectionery, will take place on 14 and 15 December and he will teach attendees to make Christmas sweets, giving a good account of the result later.
To participate in this workshop must register at the Youth Resource Center of Cartagena, located on the Paseo Alfonso XIII, 53 and pay a fee of 10 euros.
