The project of building an urban sports area on the street Carlos III, who currently runs the City of Cartagena, is progressing well and full operation, as stated by the architect responsible for it, Martin Lejárraga, works that began after collecting suggestions from prospective users of these facilities and adjust the site according to those needs and tastes.
According Lejárraga, the works will finish in a month and a half, so that by mid-December, the facility will be ready for use.
For now, the skate park is now complete and running, is the multipurpose sports court, yet still be only a pergola which closes the whole.
Remember that this action defines a space, divided into four different areas, for the practice of sports popular today among young people such as skate boarding, basketball, skating, bicycle stunt and everything related to them ( dance, jumps, break dance, music, etc..).
The budget for these new facilities, including ebtre E Plan projects, amounting to 398,964 euros.
