The Sport Primi get two gold medals in the Championship of Spain Basketball (22/10/2009)

Primi Sport Club Deportivo de Cartagena, participated with a very outstanding performance in Spain XVI Basketball Championship organized by the Spanish Federation of Sports for people with intellectual disabilities (FEddi), held last week at the sports complex South Bay San Fernando (Cádiz).

The CD Primi Sport 'A' has participated in the 1 st Division clubs Adapted with El Chaparro de Andalucía, Ande Valladolid Castilla León and Madrid Hecersa.

The CD Primi Sport 'B' was in Group 'B' Sports Skill with clubs Sierra Nevada Andalusia, La Fragua de Madrid, Castile and León Asadema Doncel, being first of its group, winning all matches , doing an excellent passing game and play the final team from group 'A' Mary Co of Madrid, with the result of 12 to 6, achieving the gold medal, making a tough game worthy of a grand final.

Displaced players for this tournament are as follows: - Juan Miguel Perez, Juan Pedro Bernal, Jose Carlos Moreno, Juan Caamaño, David Gonzalez and Jose Angel Herrera, forming Primi Sport Team 'A', and Ruben Rios, Pedro José Mora , Juan Pedro Martinez, David Alfonso, Ignacio Egea, Manolo Tortosa and Alejandro Garcia for Sport Primi team 'B'.

Participated in this championship 35 clubs in Spain, with a total, players, coaches and delegates, from 310 people in the ways of competition, adapted and sports skills.

Leading the team traveled delegates José Moreno Soto, Juan Delgado Pérez, and the father of one of the athletes, Andrés Caamaño.
