The regional government agreed actions to promote tourism in Cartagena (28/08/2009)

The mayor of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, today attended as special guest at the meeting of the Governing Council of the Autonomous Community, which was held at the Palace Hall Cartagena chaired by the president, Ramón Luis Valcárcel.

This is the second time the Council was held in Cartagena and have tried various regional issues, including the enhancement of tourism in the port city as a catalyst for the local economy.

RESOLUTIONS OF THE GOVERNING COUNCIL
