Media Room urbanization, whose neighborhood association has new board, held its celebrations in the bringing together more than five hundred people in different events, after several years in which no activities were scheduled.

In the traditional night of San Juan, there were several tastings for any resident who approached the campfire in the neighborhood, also during the following week, also held a number of multi-sports activities such as basketball games and football among school children in the neighborhood, a storyteller for the children, with a full house in the local neighborhood association for the assistance of hundreds of children.

Also during the weekend was called a great sardine with soft drinks and beer, all free of charge to all residents who wanted to attend, and evening and continued the party with the realization of an evening that was animated by the great duo New Moon.

These activities organized by the neighborhood association Cartagena Media Room have enjoyed the cooperation of the Department of Celebrations of the City of Cartagena, which has also contributed to the provision of certain equipment.

Also, neighborhood stores also supported this initiative with various sponsorships.

After finding success, residents have high expectations of improvement for the coming holiday 2010.
