Pilar Barreiro Mayor stated this morning during a visit to Cartagena Government delegate Rafael González Tovar, half of the 63 projects of the municipality included in the Plan have been implemented in over 50%.

It will be recalled was futile to run a total of 63 projects in the municipality of Cartagena with an initial budget of 36,687,188 euros.

In the first project, the Square López Pinto, has an investment of 1,048,308 euros and includes a path of traffic, street furniture (bins, fountains, lighting and benches), tree pits for trees, etc.

For its part, the project of Mayor Street, Comedy and Still Life has had a budget of EUR 1,117,231 for the replacement of pavements and water services, while adapting the environment of the windlass, with a budget of 1,717,307 euros, is designed to connect via a pedestrian and road traffic restrictions Plaza San Sebastian Pinto López Plaza, across the street Honda, Blue Balconies, Master Adarve and French, across the street from San Fernando.

The Government delegate added that the city of Cartagena has received 23.8 million over 36 of the total amount of projects and have led to the creation of 1,151 jobs, 366, and 785 new employees creating integrated the successful tenderers.
