About 11 hours of this morning, a freight train carrying hazardous butane has derailed on its way through the town of Alum, at the height of the bridge.
After activation of the Emergency Plan Alumbres, Cartagena Fire specialized chemical hazards are in the process to neutralize the butane gas leak from one of the wagons.
After the first reviews, it was found that there is no fire or injuries among the population.
Has cordoned off the area closest to the accident and proceeded to desaolojo of the surrounding dwellings.
For the residents of outlying areas to the crash site have been advised to stay in their homes with doors and windows closed.
