The Rosell has implemented a procedure to detect changes more cromosomitas by invasive techniques (analytical data, biochemical and ultrasound) to carry out prenatal screening of the first trimester of pregnancy.

Gynecology Service developed a procedure and a form containing data in coordination with primary care to pregnant women who captures and appropriate week of gestation the obstetrician derived for ultrasound, and that same day or the next makes the determination analytical.

The laboratory reported two or three days a primary physician and if it detects high risk is communicated directly to obstetricians.

Another project is to design a tool to measure patient satisfaction admitted to the emergency hospital.

The objective is to know exactly what customer satisfaction is fundamental to determine the causes of dissatisfaction and redirect services.

Since May 2008 has such a survey in July 2008 yielded the first results, which identified areas for improvement as the waiting time for care, personal identification and cleaning.

Rosell's latest project that chooses to better communication is the creation of fast track of Pulmonology with patients referred from primary care and pre-established and agreed criteria for the diagnosis of certain diseases in Pneumology that brooks no delay.

The decision of the study was conducted in a collegial manner, giving priority to tests and assignment of an attending physician, which can diagnose the patient without need for admission.
