And are finalizing preparations for the hoisting of the Spanish flag and the act of Remembrance of Victims of Terrorism, which will take place on Saturday 4th April at 19.00 pm in the Port of Cartagena, compared to Plaza de los Heroes de Cavite.

This is a public event, sponsored by the City Council and former mayors of democracy, which has been invited to authorities, agencies and institutions, and coincides with the start of Holy Week, which will encourage public attendance wishing to participate in this event.

The event will include the raising of a flag of Spain from 8 to 10 meters, whose mast, 25 meters high, was placed on 6 March by the City Council against the Port Royal Stairway, and proceed to discover The Zulo sculpture, almost 5 meters high, the work of Victor Ochoa, who was placed in front of heroes of Cavite in the coming days.
