The Prize Mandarache 2009 extends promotion of reading to all sectors of the population (21/10/2008)

Comes a new Mandarache Prize, which this year expands its goal of promoting reading to all sectors of the population.

After five years of experience from the pilot edition, Mandarache Award has proved effective and has been implanted permanently in the consciousness of youth Cartagena.

As explained by the councilman of Youth, Javier Herrero, while presenting the 2009 Award in the previous edition of 325 signed reading committees, composed of 6 young people between 15 and 30 years, which means that 1,950 young people from the municipality As the jury constituted nation's largest literary.
