Cartagena restaurants fill their kitchens of literature during the holding of XXVII Book Fair.
And it works with Hostec cultural event serving its literary menus from 17 to 26 October.
A total of seventeen restaurants in town take the letters to their stoves at a price of 15 and 30 euros.
Consuming one of these literary menus, you get a ticket redeemable for an engraving that is redeemable at the stand of the City of Cartagena.
Literary menus follow the same structure in all participating properties, similar to the structure of a book.
Thus, there will be a prologue, composed salads, a short story that will be the starters, the novel, as a main course, which will consist of meat or fish, the epilogue will be desserts and poetry, to be drinking.
This is the first year takes place this initiative to combine culture with hospitality and cuisine.
