Councilman Neighborhood Relations area, Nicolás Ángel Bernal, together with District Councillor, María José Roca, will preside on Saturday June 28 in San Felix the act of nomination of a public park, dedicated to the memory of it was from 1983 and 1993 president of the association of neighborhood residents, Diego Clemente Calvo.

Diego Clemente Calvo was born in Cartagena in 1924 and died in 1999.
