The Department of Youth will provide 20,000 euros to the secondary schools of the municipality for extracurricular activities, as approved this morning by the local Government Board.

The institutes will benefit from this assistance are: IES San Isidro, IES El Bohio, IES Isaac Peral, IES Politécnico, ElCano IES, IES Mediterranean Spartaria Carthago IES, IES Pozo Estrecho, IES Los Molinos, Ben Arabi IES, IES Bastarreche; IES Jiménez de la Espada, IES Carlos III, IES and IES Pedro Peñalver Salinas del Mar Menor.

With the aid of the Department of Youth, the secondary schools may carry out activities such as cultural weeks, theater, literary contests, magazines, photographic competitions, workshops and concerts.
