More than 200 vehicles have passed through the controls of the local police in the past two months (05/06/2008)

Cartagena Local Police took stock of the campaign to control public safety that has been done since last March 26 in various parts of the municipality, as is the case Marfagones Mills, Media Room, La Puebla, El Albujón, Avenida station or Pozo de los Palos.

To date, we have controlled a total of 209 vehicles and has identified 305 people, of which 7 were found to be illegal residents.

Among the vehicles that have passed through police checkpoints, fifteen people have been denounced for not having passed the technical inspection of vehicles, eight drivers for talking to mobile phone, driving without a license fourteen, nine for possession of narcotics and four to bear arms.
