The Municipal Institute of Social Services City of Cartagena and the Professional Association of Chiropodists of the Region of Murcia have signed a collaboration agreement to provide the Senior Club of the municipality of Cartagena for a podiatry service, which will be provided by professionals colleges.

The objective of this agreement is to meet the needs of older people to have a specialized podiatry, expanding the range of services for homeless and providing resources for socio-health improved quality of life of older people.

Podiatry services may be provided directly to the Senior Club of the municipality of Cartagena and have adequate space or enabled as a query in their own professional offices.

The beneficiaries of this service will be the members of the Senior Club, a service that will include only the trimming (removal of corns, calluses and nail trimming) and whose price will range between 11 and 18 euros.
