IX Week Cartagena Historical Fiction (09/05/2008)

Councillor for Culture, Rosario Montero, accompanied by the director of Caja Murcia, Julio Mínguez, and the president of the Association of the Historical Novel Week Cartagena Jorge Poyato, has announced the conference program will be held from 12 to 16 May in the Hall of Caja Murcia on the occasion of the IX edition of the literary week.

With the introduction of Eduardo Zaplana, the inaugural conference run by former Prime Minister of the Government of France, Dominique de Villepin.

The politician, diplomat and French writer talk about his book 'The Hundred Days', which chronicles the last days of Napoleon, who will speak on the occasion of the bicentennial of the War of Independence.

Among the novelties of this ninth edition of the Historical Novel Week include the national presentation of two books: "The envoy of the King ', the Cartagena Obdulio Lopez, and" The real story of the last great inquisitor and oracle life ', the general director of the group El Progreso de Lugo, Jose Cora Paradela.
