Cartagena citizens got through a motion adopted at the last council meeting, that the City of Cartagena approve the creation and establishment of the neighborhood Rincon de San Ginés.

This Neighborhood Council, which will serve more than 10,000 people, will comprise stocks Atamaría, Cabo de Palos, Los Nietos, Los Nietos Viejos, Cala Reona, Cobaticas, El Sabinar, smaller islands, La Manga, barracks, Beach paradise, Los Belones, Mar de Cristal and Playa Honda.
