The workshop of the People's University of maintenance, adjustment and tuning of guitars will begin tomorrow January 29 at 17:30 at the Cultural Center Ramón Alonso Luzzy. The course will be taught by Luis Guerrero Guitars, master craftsman in creating guitar and newcomer of the NAMM Show in Los Angeles, where he presented his guitar Cartagena.
The workshop will be divided into three sections focusing on electric, acoustic and classical guitar and to provide the main knowledge of the guitars that are on the market.
Thus bringing young people from the description of the parts of each instrument handling or management tools, adjustments and tuning the instrument.
From 29 until 11 March, 15 young people between 18 and 35 learn a trade that requires practical skills and manuals, and a thorough job of attention and concentration that could become a career path for them.
This workshop is sponsored by the Ministry of Health, Social Services and Equality through the Spanish Federation of Popular Universities.
