A Campus Mare Nostrum thesis concludes that physical activity improves health of older (08/01/2016)

The two public universities in Murcia have co-directed, in the context of the Campus of International Excellence Mare Nostrum, a doctoral thesis on promoting active aging which has confirmed the positive influence of physical activity and sport in welfare higher.
