The mayor of Cartagena, Jose Lopez, received Wednesday the current commander of the NATO grouping SNMG1 (Standing Nato Maritime Group One), the Portuguese Admiral Alberto Manuel Silvestre, and his replacement, the Spanish Jose Enrique Delgado.
