Known as a concourse for electing the official poster of the Easter 2016, the Department of Culture of the City of Cartagena recognizes two specific defects in shape occurred in the development of the process according to the bases that regulate related to the secrecy of the vote of the jury and the need to publicly expose the works presented.

Once consulted the legal department of the City, the issued report shows that there are sufficient legal grounds for setting aside the aforementioned competition, whose decision is considered valid.

However the Department of Culture wants a public apology to the participants recognized these breaches of competition rules, while stating that it will take all necessary measures to prevent it from re-occurring in the future.
