Clemente Garcia, president of APCAS Murcia: "The experts save 1.6 billion euros a year in insurance scams" (29/11/2015)

Pablo Molina, chief of the National Executive, regional president of Valencia and Alicante Provincial APCAS said Clemente Garcia as one of the most proactive members of the association.
