Puerto Rico, Cuba, Chile, Panama and Colombia participate in Trovalia 2015 (29/07/2015)

It will be on Thursday, August 6, when starting the twelfth edition of the festival in the marina of Cabo de Palos, will continue on Friday 7th in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento and will close on 8 on the seafront at Mar de Cristal

Trovalia summer returns with Cartagena, one of the most important in the world of trovo festivals.

This edition brings together troubadours, minstrels, troubadours and repentistas first order.

The Association Trovera Jose Maria Marin, along with the cooperation of the City of Cartagena, organizes the Festival, to be held during the 6th, 7th and 8th of August.

It will be on Thursday, August 6 when the festival opens in the marina of Cabo de Palos at the same time, 22.30.

On Friday 7, the center of Cartagena will host the second day of Trovalia, particularly in the Town Hall Square, at 22.30.

The closing of the festival will take place on Saturday August 8, also at 22.30, on the seafront of Mar de Cristal, where the ballads come to life itself.

In addition, on Sunday at 9 devoted to relaxation and coexistence with the participating countries, and all lovers troubadours.

From City of Cartagena, namely the council of Celebration, we bet on the trovo and this tradition to not miss, has said Councilman Celebration, Juan Pedro Torralba.

Jose Martinez Sanchez, president of the Association Trovera Jose Maria Marin, explained that they do not want to miss this custom since the trovo is culture, education and teaching.

He also called for more promotion and publicity for the festival and thanked the City of Cartagena maximum support.
