The price of housing in Cartagena has dropped by 10% last year, according to the conclusions he has reached the student of the Faculty of Business of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, Cristina Rosa Quispe, at work Final Project (TFG).

This represents an approximate 10% reduction in the estimate that make owners the value of their homes.
This reduction has not had the same intensity in all districts and councils of Cartagena, even in some of them there has been a price increase.

Fernando Lopez says they would like to pursue this research and study the price of housing in terms of other variables such as age or proximity to certain services.

Quispe has analyzed the prices of more than 2,000 homes in the municipality of Cartagena, published in the real estate portal idealistic between May 2014 and May 2015. The analysis of this information has allowed us to analyze the change in expectations that house prices requesting owners.
