On Thursday, July 16th, will take place in the gardens of the Municipal Archaeological Museum Enrique Escudero de Castro Anymous screening of the film, in the cycle of historical film that is another story.
The session will start at 22 am, with free entry to fill seats.
William Shakespeare (1564-1616) has passed into history as the author of 38 plays, 154 sonnets and several epics.

Set in the reign of Elizabeth I of England, turbulent period in the inner-English foreign policy with the rebellion of the Earl of Essex to take the throne and the Anglo-Spanish War, Anonymous speculates on an issue that has for centuries intrigued academics and brightest minds from Mark Twain and Charles Dickens to Henry James and Sigmund Freud, namely: who was the author of the plays attributed to William Shakespeare?.
Anonymous presents a possible answer, focusing on a time when political intrigue, swashbuckling, illicit romances of the Elizabethan Court, and the plots of greedy nobles hungry for the power of the throne were brought to bare in the London theater .
The film, very careful in its staging, focuses more on those political intrigue in the world of theater, while seeking correspondences between the political reality and some of the most famous works of Shakespeare, like Henry V, Hamlet and Richard III.
Anonymous somehow suggests that there will be a day when the power has passed and no one will remember those who flaunted, while art, which seems trivial, endures forever.
