MC and citizens held a meeting headed by its two leaders, Jose Lopez and Manuel Padin, which agreed on the need to gestate a third way that enables the change that citizenship of Cartagena has asked in the polls.
The two formations, totaling eight councilors and percentage of votes at the polls very similar to the Popular Party, agree to open a new era of joint action to enable policy change and transparency regeneration in the city of Cartagena.

The long-awaited by both formations, meeting served to pool the numerous programmatic points where the two coincide.
MC and citizens have agreed to take joint steps towards political change possible in the city of Cartagena, with the always clear objective of promoting stability and governability with political forces also committed to change and pose a regeneration institutions.
The new scenario posed both formations, would be led by an electoral force of 8 councilors and almost the same percentage of support in the polls that obtained by the Popular Party, thus becoming the second most likely to face training stable government.
