The Supreme Court allows UPCT issue certificates of Engineering Building (27/05/2015)

The Supreme Court has ruled in favor of the Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT).

The School of Architecture and Building will provide the degree in Engineering Building, according to the statement just made public.

This ruling means that the UPCT can continue to issue the degree in Engineering Building.

This ruling gives the reason in this case to the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and the European University of Madrid, Castilla-La Mancha and La Laguna and rejected the appeal of the General Council of Associations of Industrial Engineers against the decisions of the Council of Ministers They established the official and determined the registration in the Register of Universities, Centres and Degrees, degree in Construction Engineering.
