La Virgen de la Caridad neighborhood held last weekend its traditional festival of Carnival, where neighbors and groups put a touch of color to the traditional Cartagena neighborhood with activities for everyone.
Workshops accessories, costumes, makeup and face painting, costume contests for children and adults, musical, choreographic performances and jokes, and a great parade turned the neighborhood into a scenario where prevailed, especially joy.
They organized activities the City of Cartagena, through the Department of Social Services and Citizen Participation and Neighborhood Association, helping the Club of the Third Age, the Choreographic Group Renacer, the joke's February, Abraham Project and Accem.
