The Councillor for Women, Clara Heredia, today presented his diploma to the 17 students who have completed the course Cleaning Techniques hospital, health centers and nursing homes, organized by the Department, which was held from October to December 2014 Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 13.30, organized by the Department said.
The event was held at the Ceremonial Hall of the Town Hall.
Heredia has been particularly pleased with the great success of this course, which also has resulted with two students who have been hired at Lucia, and two other contracts in anticipation hospital.
Therefore it is now launching a new edition of the course with fourteen students.
This training has consisted of 100 hours of theory, which has been used m ethod didactic exhibition and demonstration, with viewing videos and images associated with the content, rules and regulations, among others.
Furthermore, it also includes 45 practical hours worked and n the University Hospital St. Lucia and Hospital Santa María del Rosell, Taves of the successful tenderers, LIMCAMAR And CLECE respectively.
In the same the students have accompanied the cleaning staff in their daily work, in order to meet the general standards of cleanliness in such centers.
