Hall and social entities moving in Comprehensive Care Network Shared (14/01/2015)

Councilman Social Care, Antonio Calderon, accompanied by the Coordinator of Social Services, Antonio Mula, and other municipal officers, met last Thursday with representatives of social action organizations involved in the Integrated Care Network Shared to tracking and analysis of the performance of the network.

Remember that the RAIC program includes individual attention with a shared computer support, with which the different entities can exchange information through the municipal social services, and coordinate and combine efforts to ensure that aid and resources reach the people who need them most effectively.

Thus, during the meeting we worked on updating procedures and define performance standards in the individualized attention that has been done, specifying the protocols of joint action between City Hall and entities, and to allow an adequate response to people or plaintiffs families help on a single line of action, making it much more effective, always having as center to the people who need help.

The associates are: Alraso, Hospitality Santa Teresa, ACCEM, Association of Charity St. Vincent de Paul, SENA, The Good Samaritan, Caritas Cartagena Coordinating Center and Caritas different umbrella, Caritas La Palma, La Huertecica, Red Cross and CEPAIM.
