The City of Cartagena and the concessionaire of water service Hidrogea been awarded the contract for improvement and water supply and sanitation to the Sports Arena, amounting to some 260,000 euros.
This was highlighted this morning when asked by reporters the mayor, Pilar Barreiro, during his visit to the works being carried out near the Palacio de Deportes in Sebastian Feringa Avenue.
Specifically yesterday, the City Council awarded the company Pavasal, amounting to some 117,000 euros works of improvement and paving, once initiated, is expected to three weeks, have a deadline of two months.
As explained by the mayor it is to adapt the surroundings, paved access, removing existing uneven terren oy respecting and preserving as far as possible the existing trees, among which are the ficus transplanted in time from the avenue of America.
WATER AND SANITATION
Meanwhile the Hidrogea dealership, signed Monday with Construcciones Maria Garcia Martinez minutes of rethinking and start of works for the extension of networks and connections of water, wastewater and storm the Palais des Sports, with a term of execution of one to three months and an award amount of 144,000 euros.

This implementation is provided in two phases.
