The Civil Guard dismantled a criminal organization dedicated to the theft of agricultural materials (15/10/2014)

The manager and two employees of a junkyard have been arrested on suspicion of the crime of receiving stolen property purchase

The Guardia Civil of the Region of Murcia, under the 'Plan theft on farms and livestock', has developed several research to clarify the abduction, in several farms of Cartagena, of up to 70,000 meters from Rubber polyethylene element used in agricultural irrigation systems, proceedings which has resulted in the arrest of seven people, which are attributed authorship of the alleged crime continued theft, receiving and belonging to a criminal organization.

Detention oriented research to three people, three men aged between 29 and 34 years of age and residents of Cartagena, to which they are related to the same facts, and who have also been arrested.

The result of the inspection of the junkyard also involved the arrest of its director and two employees, who are credited with authorship of the alleged crime of receiving, verifying that the seating in the book establishment registration not coincide with the delivery orders of the products purchased, and that the identity of the sellers did not appear correctly registered.

The seven Spanish prisoners, aged 20 and 42, and residents of Cartagena and the proceedings have been brought before the Magistrate's Court in Cartagena (Murcia).
