The Board of Governors approved the transfer, free of charge, to the Association of Southeast Naturalists (ANSE), forest nursery home located in the district of Conception deCartagena, which owns the Community.
The purpose here is to develop training, information dissemination and environmental volunteering.
This agreement reflects the commitment made between the Community and ANSE in the agreement signed last March.
The term of the grant of use, which is valued at 42,710 euros, is set at 15 years, counting from the date of signing of the minutes of delivery and may be extended expressly for the same or shorter period upon request of the Association of Southeastern Naturalist.
All current expenses incurred, including monitoring, conservation and maintenance, personal, insurance, supplies and taxes of any kind, which may apply to the property or its activities during the period of assignment or extension shall be borne association .
