The City of Cartagena broadcast live on the internet proclamation of the Festival of Carthaginians and Romans, to be held Friday, September 19 morning from the Town Hall.

This is one of several initiatives launched to give luster to the 25th anniversary celebration of the holidays.

The proclamation will also be unique because it will have an unusual format, as announced by the heads of Carthaginians and Romans themselves.'s Herald is the city of Cartagena, personified in a silhouette of an anonymous woman.

His address will be supported by an extravaganza of light, sound and image that will be projected across the front of the Town Hall

The live broadcast can be followed from the website www.cartagena.es both computers and smart mobile devices (smarthphones or tablets) and will start around nine in the evening.
