The Guardia Civil of the Region of Murcia, under the 'Plan theft on farms and livestock', has, over the past few weeks, several investigations related to the theft of farm fresh produce in the Campo de Cartagena, which have culminated in the arrest of ten people, including one minor, as alleged perpetrators of the crime of burglary.

The inquiries were directed to the markets and outlets for farm products outside the legal trade channels, where the identity of the usual sellers of such goods is ascertained.
