Youth from Salesian know the keys to being entrepreneurs (26/06/2014)

I learned these months in the School of Young Entrepreneurs Program organized by the ALDE, Motivia UPCT and Junior, who developed the social skills to enter the labor world.

The 17 participants received their diplomas Thursday

A total of 17 students from Salesian College on Thursday received his diploma from the School of Young Entrepreneurs Program developed by the Agency for Local Development and Employment (ALDE) Hall.

From February to May these young people learned to know each other better and to maximize their skills to enter the workforce.

The Polytechnic University and Junior Motivia also involved in this program included four workshops for teens two outdoor activities and two talks for parents and teachers.

The objective of this program was to encourage youth development in key skills for success in any profession of the future, and facilitate learning contexts to value their motivations, interests and personal qualities by applying novel techniques Coaching .

This has allowed them to gain a better understanding of themselves and thus helps them to define their Employability Project.

Young people today do not have to consider whether a career is professional or not output should choose what they like and suits your qualities, clarified today Carlos Vicente, head of program ALDE, who added that the important develop the ability to take risks and take an attitude.

This project is aimed at young people between 15 and 20 years, who study 4 of the ESO, or Vocational School Degree or Higher mean.
