Cerdá: "Vote the PP is the best guarantee for agriculture in our region" (14/05/2014)

"Vote for the candidate Ramón Arias Canete and Luis Valcarcel is the best guarantee for our region, because we have to vote for people who know our interests, who care about our interests and fight for our interests," stressed the Minister this morning of Agriculture, Antonio Cerdá, in a meeting that has remained with farmers in the region of Cartagena.

The ceremony took place in the factory of La Yerbera and has enjoyed the presence of President of the Partido Popular de Cartagena, Francisco Celdran, and Councilman and Deputy Secretary of Agriculture Organisation, Nicholas Angel Bernal.

Cerda has emphasized the importance of the European elections in the agri because the vast majority of policies in this area are decided in Brussels.

In this sense, Cerda pointed out that thanks to our candidate No. 1, Miguel Arias Cañete, Spain has maintained the same budget in agriculture, although the rest of the EU has fallen, "and that is thanks to negotiating the magnificent work done by Arias Cañete, who got that Spain did not lose a single euro ".

Recall that during the Zapatero government, there was the greatest disaster in agricultural policy in our country.

With the Popular Party, Spain has made an agreement to 47.000 billion euros for the food industry, of which 200 will go to the Region of Murcia, support even higher than the last period.

Cerdá finished stressing the need to continue the project of the Popular Party, a result of the effort and the commitment of a party that has positioned agriculture in the Region of Murcia as one of the main economic engines of our country project.
