The City of Cartagena has filed with the Superior Court of Murcia documentation required by the magistrate instructor Civil Court and Criminal in its order of April 24.

Among the documents submitted are different certificacios related to processing of variation No 113 of the General Plan and the full Plan document 1987.

In addition there have been reports prepared by the municipal officers who respond to the issues raised by the magistrate instructor in the car and support the legality of the steps taken by the city of Cartagena.
