MC CSIF and agree to shield the public service attacks and political appointees (29/04/2014)

In yesterday and at the request of the Independent Trade Union of Civil Servants (CSIF), the mayor of City (MC) Movement, Jose Lopez, met with the leader of the independent trade union training, Juan Miguel López Blanco, cartagenera union headquarters.

The arrangement and the agreement was present during the nearly three-hour meeting, as both formations opt for independence based on a zero subsidy approach any trade, business or political party organization.

A major issue wherein union and party shared concern is the situation of fear and semi helplessness in which many officials are to their political masters, hence the more urgent need to shield the public service against attacks from politicians and appointees and therefore markedly political or clientelist character, and follow up on assignments set by methods that dictate much of what we make laws that breach or fraud by law.

On the union side discussed the need to promote an agreement for quality public services and repayment of duties and compensation of public employees, taking shape in 4 points:

1 Improvement of public services provided to citizens in the region and defend them.

2nd Promote concrete measures to grab a more efficient, transparent and independent government.

3 ° an agreement to promote the recovery of duties and salaries of public employees.

4th Shorten differences and standardize the conditions of work and remuneration to employees of public administrations in the region (local, regional, and state universities).
