The Parish of Our Lady of Carmen Cartagena initiated a series of conferences that will feature the Shroud.
Titled "The scientific and spiritual passion and Resurrection of Jesus" two conferences will be held to give light to many questions that have always surrounded the existence of the shroud.
The conference will discuss the genesis of the image is still unknown and scientific data from the various investigations that provide information of what happened to Jesus' body before, during and after his death will be reviewed.
The cycle will consist of two lectures that will be offered by José Antonio Rodriguez, the first of which, entitled "The Death of the Lord" will take place on Friday, April 4 at 20:00 pm and the second will be on Friday 25 April at 20:00 under the name "The Resurrection."
Both will be taught in the parish church of Carmen Cartagena.
